Productos Mendoza is a 100% Mexican company, manufacturer of rifles, pistols and compressed air guns. Founded in 1911 by Rafael Mendoza Blanco, who was a weapons designer for Francisco "Pancho" Villa's troops during the Mexican Revolution.

Rafael Mendoza takes charge of the weapons workshop of the Northern Division in Chihuahua for Francisco Villa (Pancho Villa)
The Mendoza 1934-C Submachine Gun is manufactured, famous for having been the official weapon of the Mexican Army and Navy for many years.
The U.S. military found itself short of machine guns and BARs,at World War II. Mendoza offered his services to the U.S. Government.
Mendoza signed an agreement with U.S. Bureau of Government Requirements for 5,000 Mendoza light machine guns in .30-’06 Sprg. caliber and 3,000 Mendoza machine guns in .50 BMG caliber.
The Federal Law on Firearms and Explosives enters into force. Productos Mendoza stops manufacturing firearms.
Productos Mendoza ventures into the manufacture of office supplies.
Firearms are manufactured under the regulation and authorization of the Ministry of National Defense. The HM-3 caliber 9mm sub machine gun is manufactured
The HM-3 Cobra (long) and Bulldog (short) version was created, later Long Barrel Pistols.
The commercialization of the line of weapons PM-1 begins in 9 mm AZTK and .380 MXIK caliber. The sister company Mendoza Shooting Sports is created.
The first .22 LR caliber rifles are imported into the USA.
Mendoza Firearms, LLC. Starts operations in the USA as the importer of Mendoza Firearms in the USA.
